Our commitment

SportsCare Physical Therapy is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance for websites.

What we do

• Pages are built with semantic HTML so headings, lists, navigation and landmarks are announced correctly by screen readers.
• Every interactive element — menus, search, the clinic finder, forms and buttons — can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images and background video are hidden from assistive technology.
• Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and body text is set at 16px with generous line spacing.
• The site works at 200% browser zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Video plays without sound and does not autoplay for people who have asked their device to reduce motion.

Known limitations

Some documents linked from this site, such as PDF forms, were produced before this standard was adopted and may not be fully accessible. Our online scheduling and payment portal is provided by a third party, and we are working with them on its accessibility. If you cannot use a form or the portal, call any clinic and the front desk will complete it with you over the phone.

Our clinics

We want every clinic to be easy to get into and move around in. Accessibility features vary from building to building, so if you use a wheelchair, walker or other mobility aid, or have any other access need, please tell the clinic when you book and they will tell you exactly what to expect — entrances, parking, restrooms and treatment areas. Service animals are welcome. You can find each clinic’s phone number on its page in the clinic finder.

Tell us the page or clinic, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We will respond within five business days and do our best to provide the information or service you need in an alternative format.
