SportsCare Performance Institute is pleased to announce new Summer Sports Clinics at our state-of-the-art training center in Whippany, NJ. Our Summer Clinics will focus on the specific performance needs and goals of athletes in each sport.
These classes will be great to get ready for your season or to compliment the training you’re already putting in. Class sizes are limited in order to give optimal coach to athlete ratios.
The programs are designed to the unique demands of each sport and will get the most effective results of any program. Each class will incorporate speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and skills training.
